*If you are pregnant or breast feeding we are unable to treat you. You would need to ensure you are no longer nursing before booking a Semi-Permanent Makeup treatment. In the event you arrive for your appointment before declaring you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the booking fee.

 

*If the client has any reaction to the patch test we will not be able to proceed with the procedure as well as any known nickel allergies.

 

*A client who develops keloid scars following trauma to the skin will not be suitable for these procedures.

*Your complimentary refresh appointment must be booked within 3 months of your initial appointment. If you exceed the 3 month cut off date, your top up appointment will be chargeable.

*We accept that you may need to change or cancel you appointment time. In the event of a cancelation the booking fee will not be refunded. If you need to change the day of your appointment you are required to give 48 hours notice prior to your original appointment time. Failure to do this may lead to additional charges.

*During your consultation you will be reqired to fill out a medical and consent form. Failure to disclose any prior aesthetic treatments, (eg. Fillers or Botox,) to your therapist could contribute towards an unsatisfactory result. Your therapist will not be liable for any issues related to withheld medical information.
